问题一: 旅客通过3种方式入境泰国,是否都须申请泰国通行码(Thailand Pass)
答:自2021年11月1日起,所有通过航空入境的旅客都必须申请泰国通行码(Thailand Pass)

问题二:旅客应该提前几天申请泰国通行码(Thailand Pass)
答:应在出发前的7个工作日之前申请泰国通行码(Thailand Pass)

问题三:完成申请且已收到二维码之后,是否还能更改出发日期
答:无法更改,若想再次更改出发日期或旅行详细信息,则需要进入系统重新申请

问题四:家庭或团队旅行,是否能以团队的形式提交资料
答:不能以团队的形式提交资料,除了按以下条件携带孩子或儿童出行以外
(1)免除隔离入境泰国:所有12岁以上的游客必须通过ThailandPass 系统提交本人相关资料 ;12岁以下的旅客,可以在“个人信息”栏中与监护人同时上传提交材料。
(2)通过“沙盒计划”入境泰国:所有18岁以上的旅客必须通过ThailandPass 系统提交本人相关资料;18岁以下的旅客,可以在“个人信息”栏中与监护人同时上传提交材料。

问题五:若未接种疫苗的孩子或儿童,是否能与监护人一同入境泰国
答:(1)所有12岁以上的旅客,为入境泰国免除隔离,在出发前至少14天,要出具已完成全剂疫苗接种证明相关资料。
(2)通过“沙盒计划”入境泰国的所有18岁以上的旅客,为入境泰国免除隔离,在出发前至少14天,要出具已完成全剂疫苗接种证明相关资料

问题六:是否必须在Thailand Pass 系统内提交核酸检测报告
答:不需要在Thailand Pass 系统内提交核酸检测报告,但是,旅客在出发前72小时内向机场工作人员出示英文版的核酸检测 (RT-PCR) 报告。

问题七:若要在“免除隔离的国家及地区名单”范围外的国家/地区进行转机前往泰国,是否能够入境泰国免除隔离。
答:可以,但是转机的时间不得超过12个小时,且不能经过人工检测通道,否则,将不能按照免除隔离的规定入境泰国。

问题八:若要在入境泰国后转机前往其他国家/地区,且在未经过人工检测通道的前提下,是否需要申请泰国通行码(ThailandPass)
答:不需要,但在出行前需要向工作人员出示保额不低于50,000美元的新冠治疗保险以及72小时内的核酸检测(RT-PCR)报告。

问题九:若要从泰国出发前往“免除隔离的国家及地区名单”范围内的国家/地区,且连续居住至少21天,是否能免除隔离入境泰国
答:可以,在离境泰国期间未曾前往“免除隔离的国家及地区名单”范围外的国家/地区,之后将返回泰国(不包含第7条转机返泰的情况),否则,将不能按照免除隔离的规定入境泰国。

问题十:如果在输入护照号码时系统上显示API ERROR,如何处理
答:输入完整护照号码之后,再输入空格于英文字母和数字之间直到满10个位置。(例如:AA 1234567)

Q1:  Is registration in Thailand Pass required for all 3 schemes traveling into Thailand?
A: Effective from 1 November 2021, all travellers arriving in Thailand by air are required to register with Thailand Pass in order to travel into Thailand.

Q2:How long does the approval process take with Thailand Pass?
A: It is required that applicants submit their registration at least 7 working days before their intended travel date.

Q3:Can I change my travel date once I have registered and received my QR code?
A: No. If you would like to change your travel date/registration details, you will need to re-register on the Thailand Pass system.

Q4: I am traveling as a family or a group, can I submit one application for the whole family/group?
A: No, except for travelling with children as the conditions below.
(1) For the Exemption from Quarantine scheme, everyone aged 12 or over must submit an individual registration through Thailand Pass. Children aged under 12 can be added into their parents’ registration under the section Personal Information.
(2) For Sandbox Programme, everyone aged 18 or over must submit an individual registration through Thailand Pass. Children aged under 18 can be added into their parents’ registration under the section Personal Information.

Q5: My children are unvaccinated; can they enter Thailand through the same scheme as their parents?
A: (1) For the Exemption from Quarantine scheme, all persons aged 12 or over must have a vaccination certificate confirming that they have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days before their travel in order to be able to enter Thailand.
(2) For Sandbox Programme, all persons aged 18 or over must have a vaccination certificate confirming that they have been fully vaccinated at least 14 days before their travel in order to be able to enter Thailand.

Q6: Do I need to submit my COVID-19 test result (RT-PCR) into Thailand Pass?
A: No. However, you must provide your COVID-19 test result (RT-PCR) issued within 72 hours before your travel to the officers at the airport, except if you are a Thai national arriving in Thailand through Alternative Quarantine. For others, failure to provide your COVID-19 test result (RT-PCR) may result in you being denied entry into Thailand. Please note that your test result must be in hard copy and in Thai or English language only.

Q7: If my international flight to Thailand includes transit in non-listed country / territory, will I be eligible for the Exemption from Quarantine scheme?
A: Yes. However, your transit in non-listed country / territory must not exceed the duration of 12 hours and you must not pass immigration control; otherwise you will not be eligible for the Exemption from Quarantine scheme.

Q8: If I am travelling to Thailand in order to transit to other countries/territories (not passing through the immigration control), do I need to register with Thailand Pass?
A: No. However, you must have proof of insurance with minimum coverage of at least 50,000 USD and COVID-19 test result (RT-PCR), issued within 72 hours before your travel.

Q9:If I am travelling out of Thailand to stay in listed countries/territories for the duration of less than 21 days, am I eligible for the Exemption from Quarantine scheme?
A: Yes. However, please make sure that you do not stay in non-listed countries/territories during your travel after leaving and before re-entering Thailand (except for Transit purposes as described in Q7); otherwise, you will be ineligible for the Exemption from Quarantine scheme.

Q10: What should I do if the screen displays API ERROR when entering the passport number?
A: When entering your passport number, please enter a space between the alphabets and numbers to reach 10 characters. For example; AA 1234567.
