Open Competitive Examination for the Position of
Assistant Program Officer, Education Section

I. Job Title:
Assistant Program Officer-Education Section) 2 positions
Monthly Salary: 6,000 RMB
II. Job Descriptions:
A Full-time local staff-Thai or Chinese Native) of the Royal Thai Embassy, whose main responsibilities involve Education-related issues of the Embassy, taking care of Thai scholarship students in China, translating Thai, Chinese and English documents and being interpreter.
III. Required Qualifications
A. General Qualifications
– Thai or Chinese citizens
– Aged 22-30 years old
– Candidates must not have been convicted of a felony;
B. Education -Bachelor Degree-or higher)
C. Professional Skills
– Language: fluent in Thai, Chinese and English -Ability to translate documents and being Thai-Chinese/Chinese-Thai interpreter
– Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
– Broad knowledge of applications such as Word or other Microsolft Office programs; including online/Internet-related applications
– Good Typing Skill-Chinese, English and Thai)
– Good knowledge about the educational system of high schools and universities in China
D. Others
– Applicant who has knowledge of accounting would be preferable
– Ability to work overtime-preferable)
IV. Application Process
Applicants are required to submit-1)resume;-2) transcripts-and others, if available);-3) degree diploma; and 1 inch photos to the Royal Thai Embassy not later than 24 June 2011 .
V. Examination Process
– The Examination processes include test of typing/computer skills, written examination and oral board interview on June 27, 2011
