หอระฆังมิตรภาพไทย-จีน สร้างเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2548 ในโอกาสครบ 30 ปี ความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย-จีน ตัวอาคารเป็นสถาปัตยกรรมไทย ก่อสร้างด้วยไม้สัก ความสูงและเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 9 เมตร หน้าบันประดับไม้แกะสลักลายมังกร พญานาค และเรือสำเภาของเจิ้งเหอ สื่อถึงสัมพันธไมตรีอันยาวนานระหว่างสองประเทศ ภายในแขวนระฆังเป็นสัญลักษณ์แห่งมิตรภาพที่ต่อเนื่องและยั่งยืน พิธีเปิดหอระฆังจัดเมื่อวันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. 2548
ในวาระครบ 50 ปี ความสัมพันธ์ทางการทูตไทย-จีน ปี พ.ศ. 2568 สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงปักกิ่ง ได้บูรณะหอระฆังและเพิ่มเติมองค์ประกอบทางศิลปกรรม 3 ส่วนหลักที่ผสมผสานศิลปะไทย-จีน ได้แก่ ลวดลายฝ้าเพดาน หัวเม็ดราวบันได และประติมากรรมกลางอาคาร เพื่อสืบต่อความหมายให้ครอบคลุมการเฉลิมฉลองในวาระสำคัญนี้

The Thai-Chinese Friendship Bell Pavilion was built in 2005 to commemorate the 30th Anniversary of the Thailand – China Diplomatic Relations. The Thai-style pavilion was constructed from teak wood, with height and diameter of 9 meters. Pediments of the pavilion are decorated with wood carvings depicting dragons, nagas, and Admiral Zheng He’s treasure ships, signifying centuries-old bonds between Thailand and China. The bell hung inside represents continuous and enduring friendship. The pavilion was opened on 1 July 2005.
To celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Thailand – China Diplomatic Relations in 2025, the Royal Thai Embassy, Beijing, renovated and furnished the pavilion with 3 new elements combining Thai and Chinese artistic styles, namely ceiling painting, staircase knobs, and central cylindrical sculpture, thereby expanding the pavilion’s meaning to include this golden jubilee.
