เมื่อวันที่ 24–25 สิงหาคม 2569 นายวรพจน์ เจนสวัสดิชัย อัครราชทูต สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงปักกิ่ง
พร้อมด้วยเจ้าหน้าที่สถานเอกอัครราชทูตฯ เข้าร่วมการประชุม ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) Joint Executive Board Working Group Meeting ครั้งที่ 2 ณ เมืองอี้อู มณฑลเจ้อเจียง สาธารณรัฐประชาชนจีน
ที่ประชุมได้ติดตามความคืบหน้าการดำเนินงานของศูนย์อาเซียน-จีน (ACC) และหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือในระยะต่อไป โดยไทยสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของ ACC ในการส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์และความร่วมมือระหว่างอาเซียนกับจีน โดยเฉพาะในปี 2569 เป็นโอกาสครบรอบ 5 ปี ความเป็นหุ้นส่วนเชิงยุทธศาสตร์แบบรอบด้าน (Comprehensive Strategic Partnership: CSP) อาเซียน – จีน และครบรอบ 15 ปี การก่อตั้งศูนย์อาเซียน – จีน
นอกจากนี้ ไทยได้เสนอให้ ACC ให้ความสำคัญกับการเพิ่มโอกาสให้ผู้ประกอบการรายย่อยของอาเซียนเข้าถึงตลาดและเข้าใจกฎระเบียบของจีน โดยเฉพาะการใช้ประโยชน์จากความตกลงการค้าเสรีอาเซียน-จีน (ACFTA Upgraded 3.0) รวมถึงส่งเสริมความร่วมมือในสาขาที่จีนมีศักยภาพสูง อาทิ พลังงานสะอาด เทคโนโลยี นวัตกรรม และปัญญาประดิษฐ์ (AI) ตลอดจนการเกษตร โดยเฉพาะการเกษตรแม่นยำ การใช้เทคโนโลยีเพิ่มผลผลิตและลดต้นทุน การเกษตรสีเขียวและคาร์บอนต่ำ และการจัดกิจกรรม B2B เชื่อมโยงภาคเอกชนอาเซียนและจีน
ในโอกาสนี้ คณะผู้เข้าร่วมยังได้เยี่ยมชมศูนย์จัดจำหน่ายสินค้าในเมืองอี้อู ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์กลางการค้าส่งสินค้าหลากหลายประเภทที่สำคัญของโลก และเป็นแหล่งจัดหาสินค้าสำหรับผู้ประกอบการรายย่อยจากทั่วโลกเพื่อนำไปต่อยอด เพิ่มมูลค่า และจัดจำหน่ายในตลาดต่างประเทศ สะท้อนถึงศักยภาพของเมืองอี้อูในการเป็นประตูสู่ตลาดจีนสำหรับผู้ประกอบการจากอาเซียน
Thailand Participates in ACC Joint Executive Board Working Group Meeting in Yiwu
On 24–25 August 2026, Mr Varapote Chensavasdijai, Minister and Deputy Chief of Mission of the Royal Thai Embassy in Beijing, participated in the 2nd ASEAN-China Centre (ACC) Joint Executive Board Working Group Meeting in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province, China.
The meeting reviewed the progress of the ACC’s work and discussed future areas of cooperation. Thailand reaffirmed its support for the ACC’s role in advancing ASEAN-China relations and cooperation, particularly in 2026, which marks the 5th anniversary of the ASEAN-China Comprehensive Strategic Partnership and the 15th anniversary of the establishment of the ACC.
Thailand also encouraged the ACC to enhance opportunities for ASEAN micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) to access the Chinese market and deepen their understanding of relevant Chinese regulations. In this regard, Thailand emphasized the importance of raising awareness of, and facilitating greater use of, the trade preferences and market opportunities available under the ACFTA 3.0 Upgrade.
Thailand identified several priority areas for practical cooperation, particularly in sectors where China has strong capabilities and ASEAN businesses can benefit from greater connectivity and access to opportunities. These includes clean energy, technology, innovation and AI, as well as smart and sustainable agriculture. Thailand also encouraged the ACC to facilitate business-to-business (B2B) activities to connect ASEAN and Chinese businesses and to promote greater market access and commercial partnerships.
During the visit, the delegation also visited various wholesale markets and specialized commodity distribution centres in Yiwu, a major global trading hub and sourcing centre for MSMEs from around the world. The visit provided valuable insights into Yiwu’s extensive distribution networks and its potential as a gateway to the Chinese market for ASEAN businesses, enabling them to source products, add value, and expand them into international markets.
