Photo Exhibition of Historic and Cultural Cities of Lancang-Mekong Countries, organized by the Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries (CPAFFC), opened on the cloud on December 28. H.E. Amb. Lin Songtian, president of the CPAFFC, wrote a preface for the exhibition.
Mr. Li Xikui, vice president of the CPAFFC, Dr. Zaw Myint Maung, Chief Minister of Mandalay Region, Myanmar, H.E. Prajon Pratsakul, Governor of Chiang Rai Province, Thailand, H.E. Va Than, Governor of Administrative Officials of Kratie Province, Cambodia, as well as other officials, recorded video messages for the exhibition.
With four units of Natural Scenery, Cityscape, Cultures and Customs, and Friendly Exchanges, the exhibition showcases the long history of exchanges and cultural tradition of mutual learning and common prosperity among the six countries and expresses the common aspiration of the people in the region for strengthening connectivity, fostering the Lancang-Mekong Economic Development Belt and building a community of shared future for Lancang-Mekong countries.
The exhibition is held in the ARTVR Digital Gallery, featuring over 200 photos from ten historic and cultural provinces and cities of the six Lancang-Mekong countries.
