IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE SUSPENSION OF VISA ON ARRIVAL (VOA)
By virtue of the order of the Minister of Interior of the Kingdom of Thailand No. 1/2563 dated 12 March 2020, the Embassy wishes to inform of the followings:
- The Visa on Arrival (VOA) Scheme will be suspended from 13 March to 30 September 2020. All holders of Chinese passport / travel document (excluding diplomatic and service passports) wishing to travel to the Kingdom of Thailand must apply for visa at the Royal Thai Embassy or the Consulates-General in the PRC.
- The Visa Exemption scheme for holders of Italian passport / travel document will be suspended from 13 March to 30 September 2020.
- Holders of passport / travel document of the Republic of Korea, Russian Federation, Hong Kong SAR and Macao SAR are permitted to enter into the Kingdom of Thailand without a visa based on terms and conditions stipulated in the bilateral agreements.

有关暂停落地签（VOA）的重要通知
根据泰国内政部长于2020年3月12日签署的第1/2563号公告，泰王国驻华大使馆谨通知如下：
- 落地签（VOA）将于2020年3月13日至2020年9月30日暂停办理。所有持中国护照/旅行证 (不含外交护照及公务护照）拟前往泰国的旅客需在泰王国驻华大使馆或总领事馆申请办理签证。
- 2020年3月13日至2020年9月30日期间将暂停意大利护照及旅行证免签政策。
- 持大韩民国、俄罗斯联邦、香港/澳门特别行政区的护照/旅行证的人员，可根据双边互免签证协议，免签进入泰国。
