Excellency,          

                          On behalf of the Royal Thai Government and the people of the Kingdom of Thailand, I have the honour to extend my well wishes to Your Excellency for the successful convening of the 20^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. 

                   Since the 19^th National Congress, China has made remarkable progress in building an increasingly prosperous society and eradicating absolute poverty as well as contributing to the international development of peace and prosperity as a responsible major power. I am fully confident that under your able guidance and leadership, together with the unwavering commitment of the Communist Party of China, the 20^th National Congress will fruitfully chart the future direction of China in the next five years with a view to leading towards the realization of the 2035 Vision and the second centenary goal of building a modern socialist country in all respects.

                   In this regard, I wish to reaffirm the Royal Thai Government’s steadfast determination to continue working with you and the Communist Party of China to further strengthen the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership between Thailand and China for the mutual benefit of our two countries, peoples and the international community at large
