STEP : 1 CHECK GUIDELINES AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR SUBMITTING ONLINE VISA APPLICATION
Applicants applying for Thai visa must submit their visa application only at Thai e-visa official website (www.thaievisa.go.th), no any physical presence requires throughout the Thai visa applicant process.
Applicants residing in the People’s Republic of China are required to check the Thai visa office as detailed in the infographic below. Applicants are required to submit their visa applicants to their respective visa offices based on
(1) Chinese citizens : Place of issue of passport as shown in the biodata page of passport
(2) Foreign citizens in the People’s Republic of China : Place of issue of residence permit
Please be informed that submitting visa application to the wrong visa offices may result in delays in processing and risks that the visa applications might be cancalled or rejected.
Any false or misleading information, including the incorrect filling of essential biodata information such as name-surname, passport number, gender, and date of birth, may result in the visa refusal or the denial of entry into the Kingdom of Thailand.
The Embassy/Consulate may request for additional interview or document(s) deem necessary.
Submission of a visa application does not necessarily mean that a visa will be granted and the visa processing fee cannot be refunded in any circumstance.
